Q: What is Cantina Fiesta?
A: Cantina Fiesta is a service that delivers delicious taco feast boxes to your doorstep, providing you with fresh ingredients for a perfect fiesta.
Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed through our website. Simply select your desired taco feast box, provide delivery details, and complete the payment process.
Q: When do I need to place my order?
A: Orders must be placed by 2pm on a Wednesday to ensure delivery on Friday. If your super organised, you can also pre-order your deliver using one of our slots.
Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: We aim to accommodate last-minute changes. However, any changes requested after 2pm on the Wednesday before delivery can not be guaranteed. Also changes should be emailed through to hello@cantinafiesta.com.
Delivery
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: Cantina Fiesta currently delivers within the United Kingdom. Check our website for updates on delivery areas.
Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: We offer FREE DELIVERY on all our boxes, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: We deliver on Fridays to ensure you have the freshest ingredients for your weekend fiesta.
Q: How is my order delivered?
A: We use a variety of courier companies and offer contactless delivery for your safety and convenience.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive full delivery tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.
Q: What if I am not home during the delivery?
A: You can provide safe place instructions. However, if you choose 'Leave with concierge', please ensure your concierge accepts food deliveries. Please also be aware that some of the food within you box will need to be refrigerated as soon as possible after deliver has been made.
Packaging
Q: How are the taco feast boxes packaged?
A: Our taco fest boxes are carefully packaged to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit. We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible. We will also pack your order using Coolways Ice Pads to protect temperature-sensitive ingredients.
Refunds and Cancellations
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refunds are considered for incorrect orders, poor quality, delivery issues, and non-delivery. Please refer to our [Refund Policy page] for detailed information.
Q: How do I request a refund?
A: Submit your refund request within 24 hours of delivery, including a description of the issue, a photo, and the packing slip. Contact us at hello@cantinafiesta.com.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled not less than 24 hours before midday of the scheduled delivery day without any charges. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.
