Introduction
Welcome to Cantina Fiesta. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms").
1. Ordering and Delivery
Order Acceptance: All orders received are subject to acceptance by Cantina Fiesta. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full via the payment method used to place the order.
Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website at [cantinafiesta.com]. Please ensure all information provided is accurate and complete.
Delivery Areas: We deliver within the UK. Delivery outside our standard areas may incur additional charges or be unavailable.
Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within the time estimated at the time of order confirmation. However, delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Acceptance of Delivery: Upon delivery, please inspect your Taco Fest Box to ensure it meets your expectations. By accepting the delivery, you confirm that the order is complete and in good condition.
Order Changes: We aim to accommodate last-minute changes to orders. However, changes made less than XX hours before midday on the day of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Orders issued will be deemed correct and will result in the lapse of any rights to a refund or re-delivery.
Item Substitution: Whilst we aim to keep the content of boxes as advertised, Cantina Fiesta reserves the right to swap out items in our boxes for similar items should the need arise. Where possible, we will inform you of any changes.
2. Payment
Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment Security: We use secure payment gateways to protect your payment information. However, Cantina Fiesta will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your payment details.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled not less than 48 hours before midday of the scheduled delivery day without any charges. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a full refund due to the preparation and/or delivery process already being underway and will result in the lapse of any rights to a refund or re-delivery.

6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Special Requests: We strive to accommodate special dietary requirements; however, we cannot guarantee that our products will be free of allergens due to potential cross-contamination in our kitchens. 7. Limitation of Liability
Service Disruptions: While we aim to provide a seamless service, Cantina Fiesta shall not be liable for any delays or failure in delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, transportation disruptions, or supplier delays.
Loss or Damage: Cantina Fiesta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or consumption of our products.
Maximum Liability: In any event, Cantina Fiesta’s maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.
8. Discount Codes & Offers
Eligibility: Offers and discount codes are available at the discretion of Cantina Fiesta and can be subject to specific terms and conditions. Such terms will be communicated at the time of the offer.
Usage: Discount codes must be entered at the time of placing your order. They cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Validity: Each discount code has a validity period. Expired codes will not be accepted.
Limitations: Some discount codes may apply only to specific products or delivery zones, and certain offers may have minimum spend requirements.
Non-Transferable: Discount codes are issued to individual customers and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
Misuse: Cantina Fiesta reserves the right to reject or cancel any order that has been placed using a discount code in a manner that violates the terms of the offer. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent use or use by unauthorized individuals.
Changes: Cantina Fiesta reserves the right to modify or discontinue any offers or discount codes at any time without prior notice. Existing orders using valid discount codes will not be affected by such changes.
9. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Force Majeure: Cantina Fiesta is not liable for any failure to perform, delay in performance, or any obligation under these Terms where the failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
Extreme weather conditions

Acts of terrorism or war
Industrial actions or strikes
Government restrictions or regulations
Transportation disruptions
Supplier or third-party failures
Notification: In the event of such circumstances, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
Mitigation: Cantina Fiesta will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of such circumstances and resume normal operations as swiftly as possible.
Refunds and Cancellations: In the event that your order is significantly affected by circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your delivery or provide a refund where applicable, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
10. Governing Law
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably before resorting to legal action.
